Gin

I love gin...a lot of people hate it.

my favorite alcoholic beverage is Beefeater on ice with lime juice...it's delicious.

who seconds this as the single best drink on the planet!?

 

I used to hate Gin, but now I love it.

I always order it as Gin on the Rocks with an Olive in restaurants or bars though, because a very dry martini can mean just about anything these days....and I like the ice to help take the place of vermouth.

Bombai Saphire unless someone else buys something. It has a higher proof and tastes very smooth, so it's economical too. It is top shelf, so it's a little extra though. (Plymouth, Hendrix, Tangare 10 are also nice.)

(For some reason the last few times I bought booze I've been doing margaritas (real ones: one part triple sec, one part lime juice (unsweetened from actual lime), three parts tequila. The stuff you get in bars can be soooo bad sometimes, I've given up trying unless I know the place.))

 

i love REAL margaritas too...they're really good...they're not all syrupy

 

I love gin too. Most people hate it because the taste is too damn distinct, very piney. But if i'm in a bar, it's usually a double gin on the rocks.

The only hard alcohol I like better is scotch.

 

Not to be off topic, but yeah! (I just ran out of tequila last night.)
It's a serious drink when you make them right!

Yeah i have always liked gin since the first time i had a big whiff of it when i was 12. gin and oj makes it seem like your not even drinking but then you get the buzz, its the perfect mix.

 

Love gin!! There's so much you can do with it and it tastes fantastic...gin and tonic with lime or mint leaves is the most refreshing thing you can have

And just BTW, gin is the ONLY way to go for martinis.

Havent thought about Bombay in a while. Its a nice drink on a hot day with some citrus and ice. Cant drink it to get drunk anymore, its on "the list"

 

I'm a gin man too. on the rocks or with club soda and lime. i was a peculiarity in my drinking circle but I turned a couple ppl on to it

I don't like the taste at all, and it ruins my Long Islands, turns my tummy sideways. But I don't really like alcohol. If I drink its Patron silver, in shots like tequila should be drinken.

But I do like having liquid marijuana parties, they are ALWAYS fun.

 

on xmas i drank enough patron silver to embalm a small animal...GOOD stuff

 

Hahahahahaha, a friend of ours came over with a bottle and we drank it all between the 3 of us. I never drink acohol, but I like some Patron silver.

 

Thats me to, when I drink its tekillya(tequila) and dam when i start that its gonna be a long night ,exspecially if there is doses envoled! hahaha and the long islands are there to get it all alittle crazier..not always good.haha but fun! I do like to be the loud one at the ...whatever the hell Im do'in. hahaha "wildman" my nic name hahaha gotta live up to it, hard when ya get older

ive only had gin once... it was kinda weird. not really my favorite... but hey, i'll give it another shot.
no one i know drinks gin though
