i hear that phoenix has some bad ass parties but im not too sure on how to locate them ... just google it.... bad ass desert parties!!
Arizona has a lot of hardcore, breakcore, and electro parties. They have a pretty decent psytrance scene too. but they do things a little different than most places... i wouldn't call it amazing though. tiny by comparison to the adjacent SoCal scene.
I grew up in AZ most of my life, quit going to raves little over a year ago after I had a friend get kid-napped at a rave. But yeah, true about the little girls and drugs are way overpriced compared to what I pay now but check out. Www.dontstayin.com its a worldwide rave site. With phoenix being one of the bigger communities.
Kid-napped? wow the worst you get a CO rave is some spikey haired mexicans who tried to be thugs, bust mostly it's happy white kids. It's the same everywhere you go though, just not as much PLUR as the old days. Never buy your drugs inside they cost too much then if you have not found them by the parking lot you are paying double.
