Has anyone been successfully using this method for MULTIPLE years? I read a book about it recently and it sounds great, but I want to talk to someone who has PRACTICED it.
it may be similar to the NFP method (natural family planning) method my mom taught me and my two sisters. i've been using it since day one, i'm 19 now and it has never failed me or any of us.
I've been using that method for more than 2 years and my boyfriend and I literally have sex every day and I haven't gotten pregnant yet. But he also still always pulls out, so I think that definitely helps.
It works really well, as long as you really understand it, have a generally normal cycle and remember the important information when it really matters! But nothing is 100%
So true... you can never be sure. My friend has one of those IUD's with hormones in it which are supposed to work really well and she got pregnant almost instantly after she started dating her boyfriend.
