I am going to give everyone bad reputation from this point forward

I haven't given out any reputation to people in the forums except for one or two times. I find the entire concept absolutely ridiculous and unnecessarily elitist and classist, which is precisely why I had mine disabled the day this new forum setup was launched in May.

It's not like rep points even MEAN anything at all, considering that some of the people who have the most are morons that spend their entire waking life in here, contributing very little to the forums -- except for the mindless and wretchedly vapid exchanges between them and their cliquey online friends, which would probably be better suited for PM's or e-mail anyway.

But since people are so obsessed over how many reputation points they have, I think I am going to just start giving everyone bad reputation -- especially the people in here who annoy me. It might just be coincidental, but I have the feeling that these people that annoy me are also the ones who take their "rep" the most serious.

Just a hunch, I guess.

But it won't really change a thing about the rest. I wanted to make the same point as you did here, but I knew everybody would have said that I was new and I wouldn't know how things really work on this forums.

Yeah, we did. There was actually a bunch of people from the forums trapped in the cupboard too. I remember that Marie and Booshnoogs and BraveSirRubin were also in there. I forget how we escaped though...

If you're rep is off your bad rep won't count and I think the people who take it most seriously are the ones who care enough to get mad over it.
