PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police are attempting to uncover who wrapped a cat in duct tape and abandoned it! A cat was found abandoned in a North Philadelphia yard yesterday afternoon. The cat was completely wrapped in duct tape, except for its head. “I’ve never seen a cat totally wrapped like a mummy before,” said George Bengal, director investigations for the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. “Whoever did this is very sick.”.. haha it's not that i think that it's funny. i just wanna know what the fuck the ppl who did it were on when they did this... i mean how could they possibly think "hey ya man lets ductape my cat" and think it's a good idea...? people are such dumbasses sometimes.
Disturbing. I hope they can just shave it and there won't be any skin problems for the poor thing. We just got our first kitty and I am REALLY surprised how much we are all enjoying her. She is a sweetie!

That is just fucking sick. Who ever decided that was a cool / good / fun thing to do? I bet you they were drunk or really high and this wasn't the first time they did something like this. I think people like this needs to spend a night in a lion-cage and see what the big kitties do to em. L_S

Thats fucked up, but at least the kitty is ok now. My uncle told me how he found his cat crawling back to his home missing his ass. Some twisted piece of shit stuck a firecracker up his butt and blew him up. Some people should be killed.
