I am a little worried, I ordered a medium green zong waterpipe from them a week ago and i never received an order details e-mail, and i e-mailed them a week ago right after and no reply so i sent them another e-mail last night and tried to call. no communication whatsoever, not even an automated e-mail, but the money has been deducted from being used on my CC and is in pending status. Are chunkyglasspipes just really slow or do I need to be concerned? On the site it says most orders shipped within 48hours, but here it is a week a later and I don't even know if my order has been LOOKED AT yet, this waterpipe was suppose to be for a birthday present but it's going to be really late now, that is if I receive it. if they dont have the pipe in stock or are really busy why cant they say? not put 'will ship within 24 hours' to draw people in, thats fake advertising.

Well you can wait around for a second opinion. I haven't ever actually ordered from them, that's just what it seems I've discovered through what people say about them.
i read old posts on this forum where some higher post people vouched the site was legit and some people were like oh yea the owner of the website posts on here sometimes, shes just the only one running everything so things are slow, but idk. it could all just be a big fraud she hasnt even logged onto her account in months. now that i research more.. one of her last posts was her cocking off someone who bought from her website tellin them to take it up with their credit card company and all information is destroyed after 1 month, WTF!? what kind of way is that to treat one of your customers? Hey, if information is destroyed after 1 month okay, but how about trying to get the product out before a month then? im getting pissed now just thinking more about this.
No one here has had positive experiences and can give me a little relief? I just tried to call and it went straight to voice mail with a full box. Still no e-mail contact.
from what ive heard it just takes a long time, but theyre products are absolute shit. go to a headshop and pick one out or get one from EDIT

It's the perfect opportunity to get a ten pack of something that you need or can give out. While some of those Economy pipes are nothing fancy, 10 for less than $40 means you can sell them for $5 to anyone who needs a quick piece or it can be a birthday gift to someone. Even if you want to be cheap, you can get a ten pack of something useful for less than $30. I just wished they carried quality stuff.
