Sprechen Sie Deutsch? Ich möchte Deutschland besuchen. Ich studierte Deutsch an der Universität, aber ich bin nicht besonders gut. In welcher Stadt leben Sie? EDIT: Haha, let me know my errors if I have any.
Roughly translated: Do you speak german? I would like to visit germany. I studied german at the university, but I am not especially good. In which city do you reside? Der Schwarze Nazi Hotwater
Germany kicks ass, I spent a month there over the summer. Where are you at? I was in Heidleberg (spelling?)
Germany's pretty good.. I'm not that keen on the way German sounds though, dunno why.. The country and people are super Tol though :cheers2:
Heh, I hated german at school, I can speak it but it just grates on my nerves.. now French, that's a beautiful language, as is Gaelic or Spanish
i always wished i got to learn a prettier language, my ex would ask me to speak german and i was like no i sound like i'm about to kill you or something. it's not sexy haha. but what can i do.
Ah, I had an ex who was turned on by French and Spanish.. I'm not that good at spanish but my french is excellent
i speak schwäbish which is even rougher german then normal.... men uh love it. french would be pretty cool to speak but i don't think i'd be able to ever learn a language other then the ones i was brought up with
Ah, languages were more or less compulsory at my schools from about age 9 right up to 16.. then I loved french so much I went and did another 2 years of it. Bit rusty, not spoken it in a while.
oh we didn't have mandatory foreign language until i was in 6th grade and that was only once a week, and we only had to do 2 years in high school which i just took german for an easy a
Haha suppose it'd be a lot easier if you grew up around it.. my dad's more or less bilingual even though he isn't French, so I had it spoken quite a bit when was a kid.
Thank You all! Personally, I think German is the prettiest language, a perfect blend of fluidity and hard sounds which is a good sound to me. The beer here is great, been working on some paintings and hopefully gearing up for gallery space. I shall keep ya'll updated! A very diverse mix of opinions here, which is very lovely!
