Well unless you need to take a shit, or just took a shit, yr poop chute isn't perpetually clogged with shit [if it is, uh.. start eating some Raisin Bran or something], so there should really be no need for any kind of "treatment". So true. My wife counts taking a shit as an enema. She says she "clears the way" for me. Sounds good to me.
I agree, getting sufficient dietary fiber is a necessity not only for anal play but for health in general. The other option is an enema.
