and anything goes.. haha.. how about, lets start with, what would be your initial reaction if you saw one? haha.. :cheers2:
I saw some girl in the mall who had most of her hair cut but and then on the top of her head, like the crown, she had a small group of short dreads. I wasn't sure if it was a mullet or something else, it was weird.
I saw one at a festy last wknd...but it was on a gutter punk and uh it just looked fowl...the guy was drunk and actually stumbled into my friend. Not cool.
Agreed Amy, I like when people have dreadhawks that hang like that. I lived in Santa Cruz for a while which is some kind of mecca for traveling street kids so I saw my fair share of hobohawks. Usually short, incredible ratty, and with bits of plant matter stuck in it, not the best look, but hey it's a way to go.
Most of the people I first met with dreads had a sort of dread hawk. Mostly they had the sides shaved, so it wasnt styled in a mohawk, but cut that way.
I have a dreadhawk pretty much (Sides shaved, but never put up) except the problem all the dreads are partially curly (Time will fix that) and all the roots don't want to dread at all so the bottom looks all fucked up. How would I go about fixing that?
i think ima dreadhawk mine, cause im a punk. just so i could reflect my punk ideologies on my looks, which is against the punk ideologies bec we are against looks.. haha.. negation man.. negation nation..
HUH ... What are these Punk Ideologies that you speak of? And Punx against locks? That’s crazy … there are plenty of Punx with locks in London, Prague, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, blab, blab, blab … One Love!
I helped a friend dread up his curly mohawk, and it's coming along quite nicely. Dreadhawks are great.
