Selling all this shit for drugs.

Haha, title is attention grabbing, i'm not really selling anything for drugs. i just have all this shit i don't need, and i have nothing to spend it on besides grass.

anyways, so i have a buncha electronics and whatnot i'm going to sell. an old ipod, camera that's a few years old, a couple ps2's, etc.; my estimate for it all would be about 400$.

first thought that comes to mind is pawn shop, but i would have to be 18, and i don't have any friends here over 18 that are cool w/ me smoking. I would do craigslist but i would have to arrange it for pick-up because i can't ship it, and even then i'd have to arrange the pick-up time at night.


any other idea's on how to get rid of this stuff for some money?

 

why can't you ship it? I'm thinking craigslist is your best bet. Just tell them at the post office (or UPS, or whoever you ship with) that you want to ship C.O.D (Cash On Delivery). Whoever goes to pickup the parcel has to pay the amount you specify in order to leave the post office with it and you get a cheque in the mail a few days later.

 

parents always get to the mail before i do, i've tryed getting it this week, it failed.

 

Yeah, but to send shit out you won't be using your mailbox. I guess they'd see the cheque when it gets there, but they will have no idea what it's for.

 

the whole reason i can't just get them to sell it at a pawn shop for me is because they'd wonder where the money goes.

if they saw the cheque in the mail box they'd know something was up.

Why do your parents care that you want to sell some stuff you no longer need?

Why dont you just sell it to people locally?

Pawn shops aren't going to give you too much money. They have to make a profit on what they buy from you and sell it for what you think it's worth.

Craigslist is your best bet.

 

Pawn shops are your worst option.

 

but i've been to pawn shops near here, and the people are dumbasses, you can actually get a pretty good deal if you haggle.

 

dude, just sell them on criagslist, cant you just tell your parents you are going some were and then meet them some were in public.

Ipod would be easy to so called " sneak " out of your house without parents seein
The PS2 might be hard, id say put it in a back pack and say your going over to your friends to study

Best bet would just to first sell to any of your friends/the people you know.

And if that doesn't work you can always see if your dealer will accept it instead of money, but you have to have a good dealer/know him pretty well if you wanted him to do that.
