honestly, i mean i'm no scientist or doctor or anything, but your height has to do with your genetics. i'd advise you not to waste your money on any "kits" that say they can help you grow... because they probably can't.

How old you are? Generally, once a male reaches 21, and female 18, all growth halts. Once you reach those ages, you are basically stuck at the height that you currently have. Otherwise, if you are 14 or something, just eat lots of fruits and veggies and all that and treat your body well, sleep a lot, etc.
Makes your manboobs grow too! I think the only way you're going to stop feeling insecure is if you have your legs broken and lengthened. You will be much happier after this surgery and finally women will find you attractive because right now you're just too short to be of much use to anybody.

I agree--how is downloading anything going to make you grow taller? First off, I've never heard of this "Grow Taller 4 Idiots" thing--and second, it sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me! You'd have to be an idiot to fall for something like that! And besides, what's wrong with being short? I'm 4'10", and I love it! Sure, there are days when I wish I was a little taller--but nine times out of ten, I wouldn't trade being short for anything! You are what you are--heightwise and otherwise--and there's not much you can do to change that!
Non pasteurized milk right? The kind that can't be purchased legally in north america right? Pah, that's silly. The correct advice is to eat and absorb a lot of calcium (not just "milk" and especially not pasteurized milk which you failed to specify, calcium from pasteurized milk is largely unusable and causes acidosis which robs the bones of calcium) and every other nutrient, to exercise and live as healthily as possible. Way too many people think that drinking milk is healthy and makes your bones stronger. Proof that if you pound lies into empty heads hard enough something will stick.
most all growth happens when you sleep. so what i would do is take a calcium supplement (if your diet allows it) and get to bed maybe 1-3 hours earlier. this will not only help you grow but it will also ensure that you are well rested and ready for this krazy mixed up world
