It's not double the protection. Condoms only fail when they break, so get ones that fit right and don't use expired ones. You have to be a little careful pulling out anyway, by pinching the bottom against your penis so it doesn't slip off, so if you don't do that right, I think you could actually increase the chance of semen escape.

Oh yes there is. There are sperm in your pre-cum. She can definitely get pregnant even if you don't cum. Don't make this mistake.
