People still want fake breasts? I thought the male concensus was that they prefer them natural, whatever that may be. And the fact that there are so many shirts with quips like "These are real!" and that supermodels and bunnies and actresses are constantly denying that they've had work done in that area (whether it's true or not) tells me there must be a reason. I understand it was popular up until very recently and could almost not blame women for beginning to feel like it was something they had to do to boost their self-esteem, judging by what was out there.
