    Answer this:

Let's say there IS super-secret organization hell-bent on world domination, it is not to far fetched in this day and age. However, explain why they would leave miniscule clues for paranoid people with computers and T.Vs to find?

You know how REAL secret stuff works? We don't know, because it's SECRET.

I know what you mean.....but that doesn't mean the truth doesn't surface...at least in small amounts.

I think there is a bit of an obsession with symbolism going on in the elites' minds. I didn't watch the video, so I can't speak to what was in it. However, it seems to me that a lot of people, most of whom are probably only partially in-the-know, like to insert symbolism in their work. I can understand how it would be tempting myself, if one belonged to an 'elite group' to use its symbols while feeling good about being one of the few who understand it.

subliminal conditioning and desensitization; i assume that would be a bi product of their reasoning to show their selves in inconspicuos [sp?] ways.

    i like that video man.

i love the matrix trilogy for how symbolic it is.

None of us have any idea how any of the secret stuff works because they are secret. If they actually implanted symbols like the 13 steps, they would be the WORST, secret-society ever.

In a quote from the film: "Reeves' character fantasizes about her throughout the film, obsessed with her, she is, in the end, his weakness," referring to the woman in the red dress.

I think the MVA opening act with Brit, Xtina and Madonna are a big woman in a red dress the filmmaker himself is looking at. Does it really matter if Madonna uses archaic symbolism in her art? No. She's doing it because she's one of the most consumed artists of our time, and that symbolism just adds to her reputation. She's no priestess or witch, just a wealthy distraction.

This red idea is a bit of a well-thought out distraction itself. If anything red is a gendered colour more than anything these days (pink is similar to red here, pink is for girls blue is for boys). If you want to get really deep, red is the base chakra, also the "primal" colour of blood (thus life and death). But also red can be the Earth (not green, that's just the grass and trees covering the mass of rock and minerals) while its opposite blue is the sky. Gaia and Uranus, earth and sky, woman and man, red and blue, DUALITY. See how two things (woman + red) can be extrapolated in so many ways?

They're using that to their advantage. They know people are looking, and they're feeding their audience with what they're looking for: symbolism. It's all just that in the end. And they'll keep using it because there will always be intelligent folk who lack political/economic power and that have the propensity to think too much.

I'm not saying the guy's entirely wrong; he's right about people succumbing to their desires and the system feeding to much desire (and red=desire, of course, he made a good point with the Matrix and Devil's Advocate clips). But you know what? People will always desire. This system is just taking advantage of that, and the desire to know is one of those desires. Best to keep that desire controlled and directed properly than to let it run wild in this cornucopia of intellectual symbolism used in pop culture and civilization. Because it's not just a desire it's a skill all humans can be good at. If used properly.
