While having very relaxed possession laws, I can't imagine cops turning a blind eye to what is clearly distribution (the use of multiple bags). Even if he got bailed out and then sentenced to only probation he'd still be spending the better part of a day in a cell getting booked.

if your friends try to narc you out saying you were the one who sold them it, just deny everything they say and you will be fine if there is no actual evidence, just peoples words

 

I would be freaking out too, i would not have any weed on you again and stay away from that park, and hope no one rats you out

 

if someone says you sold them something, say you don't mess with weed and tell them they can piss test you and you will pass with flying colors

Even if he was selling they wouldn't put him in jail for the amount he was moving. An aquantance of mine got pulled over with $600 cash, a QP and a bunch of baggies with a scale and he didn't go to jail. They confiscated everything and impounded his car for a while, which sucks ass but it's better than being caged.

CC you'll be fine dude. They aren't gonna bother tracking you down over an eighth. And if they do....well....I'll be even more disappointed in humanity than I already am.

Good job CC. Major props for how you handle yourself with cops man. Since your piss should be clean then you shouldn't have anything to worry about, I think that's the most they could do unless the kid rats you out.

as far as legal issues, you've got nothing to worry about if they don't have anything on you.

CC - This is about the 6th similar thread of yours I've read where something silly happens to you that really could have been avoided easily, you do tend to overdramatize things a bit. In this case it was kind of stupid having weed sepearted into deals on your person, you should have hidden it somewhere before school.

Having said that, the 'war on pot' is so friggin stupid. Half the population smokes or has smoked at some time. As if Bill Gates, or the guys that started up Google or Facebook werent pulling cones in highschool / college, or one of those undercover cops before they joined the police academy. Supposedly pot is bad, but most parents are ready to put their overactive kids on ritalin. It is all bullshit

 

They shouldn't b able to link a kid who wouldn't show his backpack to a couple of cops to a kid who got busted. They didn't know you had the weed and the only way to prove that oyu sold the weed is for that kid to rat you out. Fuck those cops, just tell everybody you didn't have shit to do with it and that kid could of got the weed from an older kid at the school. They don't got shit on you

got away with that one pretty good cc, same shit happend to me but I was parked in a parking lot at 1 in the morning and I didn't get to keep my ounce, which happend to cost me $310.. but me and my friends got away with verbal warnings, i hid the o under the tire.. -.- was a shitty idea but it worked, I think the cops that talked to me were corrupt as fuck though.
