what type of oils? did i miss something?

i think if you wash your face and back well it might not happen

but it really depends on the oil i think

i mean i saw some people but they looked a little scary

I was also 16 at the time and very shy when in public(i wasn't shy at school i went to bhs) so it was very much my fault that i didn't have friends up there

If you're just using oil with your shampoo, like tea tree, rosemary, olive oil, etc, just use a tiny bit and wash it out, you should be fine.

If your dreads are really dry and you're trying to hydrate them with oil, then put a generous amount on and leave it on overnight, might wanna wrap them so you don't soil your pillow, then wash it out in the morning if you're prone to bacne. I've never had a problem with oils but then again I've never had acne, I have dry skin/hair.

the only oil i use is teatree combined with water and sprayed on my scalp. supposed to help itchies.. :)

maybe I'll use some lemon oil and just rub it in cause it smells so damn good.

You know whats easier, just washing your hair with baking soda or organic bar soap
My hair seems to always smell good from what i get told

Are you referring to mixing a few drops of essential oil into the baking soda wash?

I love the smell of mine, they smell like teddies. OP, don't put body oil on your dreads. Essential oild aren't actually oily most of the time they are very good for your skin.

asheville is nice. about three hours of driving from here though :( also, if you are using it in combination with baking soda, then only use a few drops and rinse it well afterwards.
