Soo i need to pass a Drug Test to get a job. My friends gave me a bunch of cranberry and niacin pills. I need to know how many i should take and what to do.
hmmm, i've heard differing reports on cranberry juice. some people say it helps, others say it's complete bulshit that wont help you at all. either way, cranberry juice is supposed to be a diuretic. it is theorised that the cranberry juice makes your body excrete more urine so that the concentration of THC metabolites is diluted in your urine. I'd say drink no more than 40oz about an hour before you have to test, and probaby make sure you urinate at least once the day before you take your test. never heard of niacin (vitamin B3?) doing anything as far as urine. An interesting thing that i did hear was that adding Visine to your urine sample can mask the THC metabolites in your urine. This was actually proven in a clinical study. it wont effect the pH or appearence of your sample, the only noticeable difference is it reduces the ability for the urine to foam. you need to add about 100mL/L of visine to your sample. considering the average urine sample to be 60mL, this would mean 6mL of visine to your sample (I wouldn't add more than that, any more and it reduces the masking effect of Visine).

I drank cranberry juice before a drug test once and passed. Just make sure it's 100% cranberry juice. I wouldn't take the niacin.. I heard it doesn't really work that well and it doesn't make you feel that great either.

Cranberry juice does wonders. So does water. You could always go to a local GNC or something and pick up some other natural supplement, and unnatural ones as well.
