    Veggie/chick pea curry in a coconut milk/tomato sauce served over rice with a green salad on the side.

    wow that makes my mouth water.

    i had some iced coffee with vanilla extract and a lil chocolate syrup, a tortilla with hummus, melted provolone and cucumber.

    made tilapia with cilantro cream sauce, asparagus, lettuce, tomato and a corn tortilla. it was freaking awesome.

    Pandy, did you make those yourself? I mean the inari(is that the right word?) not the rice? That stuff is my favorite but I can't find the fried tofu anywhere around here and I am too afraid to make my own.

    yup Inari is the right word.

    No, I didn't make it myself. My grandma in Southern California sends me gift packages filled with tons of japanese food stuff :p It comes frozen so you just have to warm it up and make the sushi rice.

    Vegetarian Shepherds's Pie-it was delicious! :) The bottom layer was a mixture of onions, garlic, lentils & barley simmered in veggie broth until tender, then topped with a mushroom gravy, then carrotts, peas and mashed taters on top, baked to perfection. Comfort food at it's best!

    I just consumed black beans and rice with some tortillas and a maragrita. yum.
