So, my friend was telling me about this shit called valerian root. He said it gives him a nice little buzz so I figured I'd give it a try. You guys might've heard of it. If not, it's supposed to be an herbal sleeping aid. It's legal and can be bought at any drug store. The bottles they have at kenney's (which i think is only an upstate new york chain) are only 7 bucks and come with 100 450 mg capsules. The one downside to them is they smell like straight-up butt cheek. Well, my friend gave me like 30 of them and told me to take like 3-4. I took 4 and so far all it's really done is made me kinda drowsy. It's not bad, but certainlly not anything I'd go buy. He only gets it sometimes cause he's on probation therefore no drugs. Anyone ever heard of this? It's worth a try.
ha ha ha, you are gonna sweat that nasty smell out tomorrow! valerian knocks my butt out, no high, just sleep. and yes, the smell is wretched.
I think it makes you feel hella euphoric, but only if you smoke weed with it of course just like any drug. It makes me mellow but doesn't work that great as a sleep aid. I use benadryl or ambian for that. but yeah valarian root is great for chilling and smoking weed. You need to do a bit to feel it.
