I'm an architecture student, I live in Egypt and i study in faculty of fine arts in Cairo. Actuallu I really dont like the levl of education here and really dream of going on day to a top college..like MIT, Princeton....etc I really find them out of budget!! really out of budget!!..especially for an international student like me. I'm working on completing my bachelor in Germany or Netherlands. But I really wish to join one day one of the top colleges in the world and have the best education available maybe on masters.. So any tip or help would be really appreciated!!
Strange that you would come to site like this with stoned hippies to get input on a question like that! Look, almost all good schools are expensive....and when you talk MIT and Princeton......you are talking HUGE bucks, e.g., $50K to 60K per year or more..... so I don't really know what to tell you other than to lower your sights considerably and forget the big name schools unless you have a rich, generous uncle that you have forgotten about. BTW, scholarships are extremely tight and everyone wants one so while I won't discourage you....I certainly wouldn't put too much faith in getting one, especially as a sophmore or junior at a school like Princeton or MIT. Check out Purdue, Univ Texas, Ga Tech....These are great Arch. schools.

Who is going to work to pay for you to go to school? And, I don't want to be critical because maybe you were typing in a hurry and I know English is probably not your first language but you might need remedial help in that regard from the above paragraph. Look man, you know well that is the way it has always been, the rich have it made. You are from the Middle East where the rich Saudi oil barons have tons of money and the Egyptians have very little because you guys have a country not lucky to be placed over oil. That's the breaks man...some are born a Kennedy with a silver spoon in their mouth and some aren't.
