    Hey all!

I recently decided to go back to a vegan diet. I was vegan for two years but gave it up because I was malnourished. My iron, b12, vitamin d and calcium levels were dangerously low.

I'm determined to be a healthy vegan so I really need to know is there any way I can get enough vitamin D and b12 other than taking supplements? I just can't figure out where I could get enough...

    Thanks for any help,

    Peace and love.:)
