I dunno from personal experiences and from what I've heard from friends, Quebec can be pretty sweet. I am however not in Montreal and am located about 4 hours south.
theres to much racism between english and french people ... aspecialy with stupid highschool kids... lol gladly graduated last year so no more of that shit for me
