Not sure about the pressure issue but my wife did ask when we first started regular anal sex what would "happen to her asshole" after lots of anal. This was about 5 years ago and after 4-5 times a week since then shes as good as new as far as we can tell. Its still tight in there and she says it feels good. I also wondered too about long-term affects? My wife doesnt seem worried though??? I'll ask her! I showed her this thread and recently asked her about it. Every woman is different. Try it without the spermicidal condom, or just go no condom at all next time. See how that works, if there are still issues, then just drop it all together.
