I've been having serious problems lately with ennui. Nothing's fulfilling and I don't feel like I'm doing any good for anyone or making any difference whatsoever. There really isn't anything that excites me or intrigues me. I feel empty and nothing has any effect on me. I really need help.

Are you eating properly and getting enough exercise? Is there anything that you can link to causing it? I'm not sure where you are, but maybe the lack of sunlight? Have you seen a dr?

hon, that sounds like depression. I'm gonna recommend everything that autumn just said, and suggest you talk to a friend.. I got like that a few years ago and it would have been tons easier if i had had one person who i could confide in.
peace, and it does get better

Try reserving your energy. Don't squander it on anything you don't want to do. And when you have things that you have to do put the minimum ammount of energy in (that the job will still get done well).

Just relax and try not to do anything you don't want to and soon you'll start finding you have surplus energy. Put this into what you want to do, and for the first time in a long time ride the wave of having the feeling that you haven't got a huge hole in your abdomen.

Try watching what you eat as well but don't worry to much. Just think about everything you eat as a medicine and your diet should fall into place.

    Blessings
