i just wanted to say thanks.
i came across this forum by doing a google search.
I forget about what i was looking for originally, but i found awesome advice and suggestions about how to deal with your marijuana habit. It seems that advice is so schizophrenic when it comes to marijuana, either way too pro or way too con. the advice from the "the old hippy" was totally common sense. I have been smoking everyday for about 2 years, generally starting in the evening. I'm a strict vegetarian for 20 years who really takes care of themselves with exercise and I don't drink or smoke cigarettes. Most of the time I eat rather than smoke MJ. Nonetheless feel that i need to be sober more often to increase my energy and reduce my "ADD"... Sometimes the thought scares me, but after reading these posts I decided to go ahead and give myself the gift of abstinence every so often just to change things up and renew my healthy relationship with marijuana. Like I read here "less is more" and i really love being that person who hits the pipe once or twice then leaves it alone. MJ is beneficial when used in moderation, but like any substance, it can be abused.
peace to old hippy your sane advice is hugely appreciated!

:iagree:Welcome to the forum brother, and enjoy the gift of abstinence, I haven't been smoking that long but I certainly enjoy switching between periods of time being high nearly all the time to periods of almost not smoking whatsoever. And good luck on a healthy relationship with Mary J.
