I'm getting ready to ask this girl out. After how many "dates" do you guys think it would be ok to take it to the next level?( kiss her, etc.) or how long of a time frame before I should do that?
I dunno. It all depends on the particular girl and the particular situation. Although it's probably safe not to try to take it to the next level on the first date. Unless you're feeling REEEEAAAALLLY lucky.
Yeah i mean we met through a mutual friend. I've been talking to her on the phone/txting for like almost a week.
as everyone said, it depends on a lot of things... i suggest watching for the signals she may send and following your instinct. for example : if on the first date she keeps trying to be close to u physically (like touching your arm all the time and so), if she asks u to come to her place for a last drink, and if the chemistry is just awesome and she acts like she wants to be held, then yea, it seems like u can definitely go for a kiss and maybe more. on the other hand, if u never have any physical contact with her on the first date, if u try to hold her hand and it feels awkward and out of place, then yea, u have to wait a lil. dont worry tho, it all really comes naturally
Its not really about how many dates will it be ok to take the next step.. its about when you feel it's time,when it feels right.. Don't wait for that,flow with the feeling..
