Just wondering since i just got my first car, how do you get around?
Im not licensed yet so i cant drive, but yer i usually take bus and train
Whats your favoured or convineint form of transport
If you drive is it eco-friendly electric junk or raw V6/V8 power?

Apparently Pat__ swims, and SE flys, which is cool

I get my parents to give me rides/bum rides off my friends. I really wish I hadn't crashed my car...

just got my parents (completely ridiculous) old, rusty, shitty volvo sedan. two out of four doors and zero windows work and if you put your feet down in the back seat, they will go through to the ground. also, the exhaust is fucked and its extremely obnoxious. i love it.
just need to transfer the insurance off my shortbus and im good to go.
i do enjoy walking and biking but ive been driving more and more lately.
the 4cyl in the volvo make it good on gas, but the exhaust system is a joke so i wouldnt call it environmentally sound. probably better than the huge v8 in the bus though
    i <3 junkers.

2007 Honda Civic. I wish I could trade it in and get the new insight.

I usually walk everywhere though but if I have to leave town then I drive. So main transportation is my feet.

On a serious note, we both know SE drives a bus that gets powered off of old dread wax

And I own a car. I drive it. Or if something is in walking distance I walk

We do not have public transportation where I live so I drive a 1998 Ford Winstar Van Roots Edition... I love the thing. We have the first bucket seat removed in teh back so it's wide open and easy to get in and out of.

We also own a Honda Civic DX G 2001 which the very first vehicle I ever bought. Hubby drives it to work. It's too small for us now though.

I drive everywhere, but if we had a train system here, I would definitely use it. We have buses, but American Public Transit Buses aren't something you want to ride in.

I drive my VW everywhere, and it gets me there no problem.

I have a Honda Element. Got sick of having no heat during winters with old VW's.

Nice! I take it you don't like in the UK where petrol is 1.06 a liter!

I have 2 Honda Prelude's. Both imported from japan. One 1988 and on 1997.
