Haha I think it's a fake tan... I'm not much more tan than the sign-holding-woman and I'm outside a lot. Do you think? I hardly hear about it. So do I. I believe that women are discriminated against because of their sex, especially in the workforce. I just read an article published in 2005 that said women were making 77c to a man's $1, women in the same position, same experience, and same schedule. "Only ugly bitches complain about it"... I disagree.. Perhaps it's just "ugly" women shown in the media. On a good note, is it just me, or have guys become really polite lately?
This is exactly what I was thinking. While sexism does still happen, Hooters is not an example of it. Women who enjoy being looked at go to work there. A whole lot of my friends wanted to work there. They are making the choice.
That mentality of besting others is what created sexism to begin with, think about it, what is equal about being the best? It rates something that doesn't matter to begin with. Then if you have a woman so called besting a man then the man is going to insult a woman if he is feeling jealousy, then he is called sexist then the shit starts to collect and roll. I suggest we all grow up and learn what it means to be a good sportsman err uhh sportser. Yea new un-sexist words of the day is sportser or sportster, I give a total of zero fucks anyways. Peace
As much as this thread is supposed to be a joke, I am still kind of perplexed as to why women still receive lower wages than men in certain positions.
Of course. But that is why us women need to do our jobs at home. Taking care of the kids and the house. Making sure that our men don't have any more stress the moment they walk into the door. We do that by making sure the house is clean, the kids are fed and ready for bed. And most important, a drink and a hot meal ready for him every night. Men can have the bored rooms, we'll clean the bathroom. Women equal to men in the work place, it's the most obscene thing I've ever heard. No wonder the world is in the state that it is if this is the way young women thing. The only reason that a woman should even have a job is if she is looking to meet Mr. Right. And even then, secretaries and nurses are the proper posistions, jobs unbefitting of a man.
