Look for the 40th anniversary remaster. In fact, it's worth buying it itself.

There's a 2-disc regular edition with the first disc in mono and the second disc in stereo, and a 3-disc deluxe edition with the 1967 singles remastered and alternate, some previously unreleased, takes. The 3-disc version also comes in an amazing clothbound cover with photos and a Syd Barrett notebook replica.

"A Saucerful of Secrets" still hasn't been officially released in mono, but based on what others have said (I haven't actually heard the whole album), the stereo version is more definitive except for Syd's "Jugband Blues". There's a somewhat good vinyl rip of it online.

we all know pink floyd and phish and techno is great for trips. . .
but if you want to really expand your trip listen to some of this

    Explosions in the Sky
    Thievery Corporation
    God is an Astronaut
    Pelican

not much of lyrics here, just alot of area for your mind to wander in.
the closed eye visuals i get from explosions in the sky are not comparable to anything.
