I want to be a cake decorator

I was watching Ace of Cakes yesterday, and they just didn't look tasty. Looked like the icing was a sheet of rubber. I think cakes that they make on there are better as sculptures, not cakes. You know?

Great talent, though!

 

I wouldnt want to cut it cuase i wouldn't want to ruin the awesome cake.

 

I've notices that ALL shows, even cooking shows and home decorating shows, are going down the petty road of traditional 'reality' TV. I want to see cakes masterfully created and decorated, not an argument about it falling down the stairs. Just like I used to watch LA Ink, but got tired of all the shenanigans going on. I just want to see the tattoos!

 

Yea, on LA ink someone is always fighting or something.
I don't watch it anymore.

 

Man, I am very much into TLC's Toddler and Tiaras. lol!

Also, aside from the cakes only shows, I LOVE those sugar glass sculpture competitions. I secretly hope I see one fall.
