Dude, your brother is insane. I've got symptoms that lead me to believe I might be hypoglycemic, which I understand is sort of the opposite of diabetes, but I'm fucking terrified of the world going to shit and having to go more than a few hours without food. I broke down a door once when my blood sugar dropped too low.

    haha.. :D

    Shall I change it back?

Not eating. Been 24 hours now.

    No hypos.

Blood Glucose I dont know, my mother told him to check a short while ago so I'll ask in a bit.

    Yes.

Yeah. Well I should probably get some sugar and find out what to do if he does go comatose.

I mean, I think there was this sugar gel you're supposed to put on the persons lips but we dont have that.
And I dont know what I'm supposed to do with just raw sugar.
Do I put it in water? Or just chuck it in his mouth?

    I lol'd. :D

Do you have juice on hand, or honey?

If it results in coma, call 911 pronto.

    Blurred vision (for some)

If your blood sugar is too low, you may feel:

    Shaky or nervous
    Tired
    Sweaty
    Blurred vision (for some)

Wait, so he'll probably go to sleep in a bit, what do I do if he goes in his sleep?

Because I doubt I'll realise if he does.

Sorry to keep bugging you guys...

    Yeah, we have both. Thanks!

Is he ok? I'm diabetic and I know 4 is my danger point. I don't get symptoms of hypo until it is almost too late.
Keep us posted please and inform his doc of this behaviour before he really gets bad.

Oh, no my brother isn't supposed to have much sugar either. It's either too high or too low.

Too low and he goes comatose. Too high and he gets a fuckload of long term problems. He has to take insulin.

I think Telephone was diabetic, wasn't she...? hm.. Someone was.

Diabetes #1 is definitely the most scary.
