uh...... probably not seeds. definately not a bud. maybe a calyx (not spelled right)? what i´m trying to describe is the seed casing.
by the looks of it(shitty pic) they're just calyx's.. but sometimes calyx's have seeds inside of them.. so try to open them up to see if they have seeds in them.. but they look like normal calyx's to me, the shape is too pointy to be seeds, but the pic is kinda hard to tell
Open them, and if there is a seed inside, check the color. If it is olive green, then yes, you can prbably get it to germinate. But if its green or tan, than no, you cant.
Hey man...those aren't seeds, but you can smoke them. If you want seeds to plant, you should check online.
