Does anyone remember The Book of Lists and The book of Lists 2 The first time I read the original I was completely engaged and didn’t put the book down until I finished. :cheers2: Hotwater
it was very fun reading through the book of lists. wallechinsky's "complete book of the olympics" is pretty good also.
ripley's believe it or not and the world record books make pretty good reading.i have to check out that steven king book.i've never been into king's stories on book.but i did read the long walk and that was pretty damn good.i don't read much anymore.i'd like to try those audio tape where the story is read to you.i've heard that it's a good way to gain reading skills...that king book seems a referance book.interesting.
Stephen King’s ‘Danse Macabre’ is fantastic; but it might appear a bit dated since horror fiction and movies have changed so much over the last quarter century. In regard to 'The Long Walk' my girlfriend and I drove the length of the long walk from northern maine to massachusetts, and stopped off at various points that we estimated some key walkers were shot Hotwater
great idea for a drive.fun indeed.a lady at work lent me that book.the day i got it from her was the day stephen king got hit by a car while he was out for a walk.that must have been 10 years ago or so.
