A real estate business... After start up costs I'd buy mostly properties in low income areas since these people always need to rent. I'd spend maybe 20% as a down payment to leverage property in middle class areas, but I'd buy all the cheaper houses in straight cash to maintain a certain equity level.... I have ideas on where I'd branch out from there and it includes commercial real estate as well as some basic business concepts... but that would be the general plan.

 

I'd buy a 45 foot center cockpit yacht and take charters out of Antigua to the BVI. I hear that there are enough wealthy Europeans vacationing there that I can do two charters a month and have enough food, fuel and spending cash to never have to take a straight job again.

 

I'd start a strip club. And Strip there. Haha.
