    I know it might seem a little lame... But when I started out as a beginner, I found the Yoga for Dummies book to be very helpful. They even have a routine for beginners. Eases you into more difficult poses slowly. Just a suggestion.

    I'm going to have to check out that podcast though! I love yogajournal.com by the way. One day I was at work and bored, so I printed off a ton of articles about "life" on there.

    Just checked out the podcast. And yogajournal has a podcast too! This might be addictive... I can put them on my ipod and listen and do it anywhere! I often do yoga at work when I get stressed... I bring my mat everyday!

    yeah, I attend drop-in classes with a yoga instructor whenever I have the cash. At this point, I mostly watch the podcasts and then apply what I learn to my solo practice.

    Lucky for me, my boyfriend is a yoga instructor. c;

    I'm definitely going to check out those websites that ditmog suggested.
