This is my first post, I just wish it were under better circumstances. I've never tried Salvia before, so I ordered some Sunday night from Arena Ethnobotanicals. On their disclaimer page, Ohio was NOT listed as a state that Salvia couldn't be shipped to. So I ordered 1 gram of 20x extract, and on Monday, they shipped it. I found out that it's a Schedule I substance in OH now. Right up there with heroin & meth. I emailed them, and they said "sorry, we need to update our website to include OH in the no-ship-list". I know I was a dumb ass not to research its legality in OH first. So my question is... what the fuck is gonna happen? Sorry for the long post, but I really need some info. Thanks in advance!
no, his package was already shipped. if it is shipped from within the united states, you're pretty much garaunteed it will come through. if it was from overseas, maybe not. assuming it was a small quantity of extract or whatever (say, under 3g maybe?) you should be perfectly fine even IF it is found out, which it probably wont be. if it is found and it's just a little bit, it will be confiscated and you'll probably get a letter in the mail saying "hey, you can't do that anymore, this is a warning" its really not a large priority unless you already have it in your possession and a cop finds you with it if it is confiscated, its very unlikely you'll get a refund, but since neither you nor the vendor knew it was illegal at the time of order, they MAY be willing to refund your confiscated salvia. don't count on it, though. next time you want some just make a day trip to a nearby state to get some. afaik its still legal here in indiana, but i haven't bought any since i lived in ohio and it was still legal there. if you aren't too close to indiana, i don't know if its legal in PA anymore or KY, but try headshops in a town there. do your research though so you don't waste time and gasoline. find out if its legal in the state look up a headshop in a city closest to you call said shop and ask if they carry it THEN go try to buy it.
a year or two ago, i don't know the exact date but i buy it very rarely....a gram of 10x lasts me a long time lol if you live near the IN border, i do know that it's legal here still
i dont think your in trouble----ive ordered a shitload of pills off the net and only bad thing that ever happened was --shipment was destroyed by customs--
