I've got 20 Percocet pills (5 mg oxycodone & 325 mg acetaminophen). I heard they sell for $5 each ($1 per mg of oxycodone) is this true? What is the maximum a person with low tolerence can take SAFELY? Thanks.
You could safely take 15mg. Anything over that at first and you'd probably throw up. You might even start at 10mg if you've never taken any sort of opiate. They sell for 50 cents to $1 per milligram around here. Percocet 10s usually sell for about 7-8 bucks.

Like another post suggested, try starting off at a dose near 15mg. The first opiate I ever ingested was 7.5mg of Hydrocodone, which is a little weaker than oxycodone, and I caught a great buzz. The sad thing is that in less than two years I was doing up to 400mg of Oxycontin a day, ha. And Oxycontin was not the only opiate I was using at the time, I would shoot Dilaudid, Morphine, and Heroin on top of my Oxycontin habit. They normally run $3 or $4 for 7.5mg of Percocet here in the Dirty South. I have seen people pay as high as a dollar per milligram but they were having to go through like three different people to get their pills. Good luck, man, and please, know your dose. Also, if this is your first time with opiates, do not drink alcohol or take any kind of benzodiazepines with your Percocet. And one more thing, I will go ahead and congratulate you for spelling "Percocet" correctly, most people try to spell it with "set" on the end of the word. 20 mg is a good starter dose. Just split em in half, no need to crush as it tastes like shit. Smoke a bowl about 15 minutes later and you will feel excellent around 1 hour.
I got the Percocet from my tooth extraction. I got an infection and yeah, that's the story behind them. Funny enough the pain went away 2 days after I got the percocet, so I have just been setting them aside. My original plan was to sell them all when I thought they would go for $5 each, but now I'll prob just keep them for myself/give them away to friends. I think 3 pills is the maximum I can take without liver damage, so I'll stick to that number.
i pay 3 dollars for perc 5s... i know some people who pay 7 for them... i would never pay that... thats outrageous... but yeah if you dont usually take opiates then just start out with 15-20 mgs... 2 or 3 pills... when i have em ill take up to around 10 a day depending on how may i have... but i do things in excess pertaining to my own limits... you should never do what i do
You can take up to like 3 or so grams of Tylenol safely, which is like 10 or so of those. Trust me, you dont need to worry about it. And they sell for like $2 where Im at
