I have heard this term used frequently but i am confused as to what's so good about it. Doesn't it mean to fall asleep while on the desired drug/drugs? If so what's so good about that?
nah, its more like being in and out of consciousness unconsciously. and its great because thats when you're fucked up.
When I have a good "nod" going on there is nothing in this world that worries me. You could scream at me that my bedroom is on fire and I would just brush it off, a good "nod" is THAT good. I woke up one day sitting in a turn lane on a busy high way. Stopped to turn and wham - somebody was knocking on my window asking if I was alright. I went on home no problem. Just kind of nodded out.
Nah over the line is when you're trying to get your shit and some asshole cuts you off when you have no time to react. Then ends up totaling your car, getting knocked the fuck out, and have blood all over you. While he shoots across the other side of the highway barely misses a semi and some how only has a dent in the back left side of his van!!!! WTF?! I only state this cause at the time when I awoke (halfway in the fast lane on a rainy/dark night) I thought I had dipped out and crashed into someone. Luckily someone had stopped and told me that he was a fucking moron! I guess if you get knocked out really badly you don't have any recollection of what happened 15mins before. Funny part was telling the EMT's I wasn't going to the hospital as I had blood all over my face/shirt/pants from my broken nose and a busted lip. I needed to go get my shit before my dude went to sleep and as much pain as I was in I knew no 5/500 were going to help me sleep at night If anyone gets into a situation like this please do go to the hospital because now I get constant migraines that are VERY severe and am going to have to go get looked at on my own dime.
