For some reason I can't run as far on a treadmill cause I get damn bored but it is def convenient. I like running in the heat though fo reals, just sweating my guys out.
mm pilates was nice the times I tried it. I like doing yoga a lot, I mostly just stretch, run/bike, and pushups though.
I love yoga, swimming and biking.. and walking - even power¡-walking (as dumb as it looks lol) but running.. never could get into it..
well nowadays instead of going on shorter runs I go on long jogs, I'll run a mile and then power walk and then jog again. on a trail it is actually really nice and pretty, I love the varying scenery.
damn zilla, I love to run.... but in 105 degrees I don't know if I could. Shit I've ran in like 90 degree weather and almost passed out from light headed-ness. I think the weather is different up here though. Plus pollution and stuff, I don't know. Bella, I say get in shape and run it.
