which is better 70w hps or 125 flo?

    What do you guys think, would it be more productive to grow 4 plants with a 70w hps security type light or 125 flourescent light hydroponically?

    Neither. Get somthing better than a 70 watt dude, thats pretty weak.

    To be succesful and happy with the outcome it is said that 25 watts per sqft for veg and 50 for flower to allow for plants potential.70 watt hps good for 1 plant in flower and 2 in veg.The fluoro would be good for first 2 wks veg and
    worthless in flower.

    For the heaviest trichome coverage(what we all love to see), go with the HPS at high wattages.
