Peeing in the sink

my dad has a habit of peeing in cup and dumping his urine in the bathroom sink. the other day though, i caught him pouring it in our kitchen sink and i think he has been doing it for a while. why is this happening???? i am so disgusted by it. how do i tell him to stop??????
