So, one day we quit using diapers on my son. Told him to tell us when he had to pee-pee or poo-poo, so that he could use the big boy potty. He hasn't had any accidents yet. He even woke up at four in the morning, so that he could pee on the toilet. I am so impressed with my son. He has pretty much been potty trained over-night. It's been about a week. .
Congrats!! I'm sooooo jealous! What age? I'm struggling so bad with my 2.5 year old. He won't soil his diaper... but when in undies, he pees... Always! The strange thing... he's my youngest. The world told me that the younger children are always easiest. The world lied to me I think! Tips????
He's three. Sorry I don't really have any tips or tricks. We put the underwear on him and told him to tell us when he has to go. He said O.k. and that was that. My two year old daughter is starting now as well, you know how it goes, anything brother does.... My youngest just doesn't seem interested at all yet, of course she can't walk, crawl or talk or much of anything yet. I guess three weeks is a little young
Ya, it's so weird. There are only 17 months between my two boys, but the fact that big brother does it... doesn't matter to the younger one. lol It's almost like peeing his undies is his badge of honour. lol
