it's complete and utter shit. but people like complete shit sometimes, so let em watch it, i say. but i think it makes the world a worse place, personally
it's less entertaining than the mile high club. i've actually never watched it, although i used to watch some show that was on just before it, so i saw its intro a few times and it struck me as something i would have no interest in.
Praise the lord, I can walk thanks to Pat Robertson and the 700 Club... I gave them $20 dollars and they prayed for me to walk again and I did. But then some of my friends who Pat Robertson didn't like got kicked out of the 700 Club and they didn't get their $20 back. Coincidence? I think not...
I think it's comedy gold. If you can watch a whole episode and not laugh your ass off, you have no sense of humor.
I feel like the world would be a better place without it... Not much better, but a little bit anyhow.. For real shits and giggles, check out pagan invasion, if they still run that on the jebus channel.
Many people do not know that the 700 Club is paid programming. Right up there with Ginsu Knives, The Magic Bullet, and Shamwow. In one relatively small market, they pay over $500,000 per year to run Mon - Fri from 9 - 10AM. If they weren't so dangerous, they would be funny.
Is that Pat Robertson's son on there, too? They just remind me of a couple of fat spoiled goblins... I can just picture them with bars of chocolate and chocolate smeared on their grubby cheeks with sneering little smiles on their faces.
hypocrites getting rich off of destroying whatever good reputation christianity might otherwise have had. just one of the many bunches of them. probably one of the more successful at getting rich off of it ones. at any rate not my problem except to the extent that it prevents people from finding real spritual love and their own place in their own beliefs by making them think (mistakenly) that such phonyness and hypocracy are the only things any belief ever can be. even christianity is not limited to this. and christianity (even christianity AND islam) is only one tiney fraction of the will of god, which animates all virtually all beliefs, most of them NOT harbouring the same sort of thing. i really believe they are doing more harm then good, both to their own belief, and to all belief, but most especially to their own. pretty purple robes though.
