I love nipple rings! I have 4mm circular barbells in mine. Dragonvine you will almost certainly be able to wear a ring again once its healed.
Nipple piercings can take a year to heal,so even though yours is not healed in a 6 month span - don't worry about it.Mine took about 1 yr and 2 months to heal and I have heard of people taking almost 2 yrs to heal.
i had my nipples pierced. i took them out after 6 months. i just didn't like the way it looked on ME, but i give props to all you "beautifully pierced boobed peoples"
I have a question; how much does it hurt? I feel like when I ask people if it hurts they say no even when it does. I know it's a personal thing, but I need to know. It may well be the deciding persuasion.
no lie mine hurt so bad it made me vomit......... the side my heart is on was the worst and i would never get them done again. different people have different thresholds for pain. i can be tattooed all day and enjoy it, my nose wasn't too bad, lip was not horrible, but having my nipples done was the worst as far as my body mods go, I guess they are just really sensitive and it sucked.
mine didnt hurt at all. different people have different results. mine healed within a week. i was just lucky, i guess.
Aww, I feel bad that your nipples hurt so much! Thanks though. I feel like it'd hurt me too, I have very sensitive nipples! Manda, if I do get it done I seriously hope I'm as pain free as you
I think you should totally go for it. Do whatever makes you happy and screw what other people think Personally I also think the whole "girl-next-door who secretly has her nipple pierced" thing sounds hot as hell...
i mean i did sit thru an 8 hour tattoo session that day, and then get them done. could have something to do with it
God. It hurt sooo bad! I was expecting it to though. I had it done about 4 hours ago. Just walked into a tattoo shop with a friend of mine who's a goth. She's covered in piercings, she has about 10 on her face. She had thick black makeup on and drawn on eyebrows, long black hair and gothic clothing. And there was me, dressed all in pink and white, blonde highlights, heart shaped sunnies. We were such an unlikely pair, both there for a nipple piercing. So fun.
I'm getting mine done in six months (because that's when I turn 18)--the only thing I can't decide is whether to get one or both done.
It can go either way. One girl I work with had almost no pain, just a little pinch! Chances are you'll be fine, I'm just one of the unlucky ones. The reactions are brilliant. A couple of people have been mortified which has been sooo funny, but most of my friends love it. Even those who say they generally don't like nipple piercings end up hearing about it or seeing it and absolutely love it. Could be because I'm cute and have nice boobies Do it!
You have six months to think about it. If you're not sure though, I'd say get one done first and then decide if you want a second. Having said that, you'd probably want them to heal at the same time if you do want both. But I would think it's worth just starting with one if you're not sure.
Yeah, I intend to ponder it over the six months. I'm leaning towards just getting one done, but... but the symmetry....
