Can anyone direct me toward a place where I can get some info on how to help orchids flower? My friend's been watering well and the plant has enough light, but she can't get it to flower.
orchids seem to have their own flowering schedules... i have many orchids.. be patient! they are very tempermental! they will eventually flower, just give them time, and once they do the flowers should last a month or so.
Yeah, I had an orchid in Germany and I gave it all the right conditions. It still never flowered once the first ones dropped off. I thought at the time it was sensitive to something I wasn't aware of, but the greenery lasted for at least two years until I left and gave it to something. I've heard since then that they are fickle about flowering.
