what should i download?

i have a limited period of time before i can no longer download torrents.

i can for the next couple weeks, then i'm stuck with direct downloads or nothing at all.

so what should i get?

for movies, i prefer strange, surreal, psychedelic and otherworldly films...some favorites are the holy mountain, the shining, 2001: a space odyssey, tideland, rosemary's baby, and a bunch of others. i also like documentaries, comedies, and tarantino films (kill bill being an all time favorite). further, some classics are great (i love lawrence of arabia, casablanca, and white christmas)

for tv shows i like documentary type shows (especially history shows regarding ancient history like egypt, rome and greece, controversial theories in history, exploration, piracy, natural history regarding dinosaurs and the like, scriptural history, etc.), travel shows, cooking shows that don't suck (rachel ray is a shedevil, birthed by a yeti), and some fiction, but i'm more picky about that. but i'm quite fond of cartoons, especially sealab 2021, the simpsons, american dad and some classic cartoons like donald duck





i might not accept every suggestion, but PLEASE offer suggestions of things you think i mgiht like!

The Century of Self (BBC documentary)

 

Nesta, I have been watching a really interesting Australian show called "Wilfred".

Its about a guy and his relationship with his girlfriend's dog after he moves in with her. The strange thing is that the dog is actually a pot smoking 30 year old man in a dog suit with psychological issues. At no point during the series is it explained why this woman has a 30 year old man in a dog suit who can talk, as a pet. I am sure there is a torrent for it.

It is

But be aware, it is very minimalist and can be quite boring at times. You might not like the humour either, it being very Aussie. I think you could appreciate it however despite the drawbacks.

ooh, is it by the same person that made pans labyrinth?? i downloaded that already but haven't watched all of it, saving it for a rainy day, but i've watched a few clips from the beginning and it looks awesome and have heard nothing but good things about it! i'll have to check that out. thanks!
