I think this is another one of the benefits one get for being a Forums supporter. This forum may be for peace, love, and free speech, but it lives in a capitalist world. Money keeps the forum up and running. I became a supporter very soon after joining so I could use a custom avatar. I have been able to PM from the start.

 

how do you become a supporter? ... i support erowid. plus i love wearing the t shirt they gave me to shows. everyone knows your cool...lol

I dont remember the process but I hope you included your username in a message with the donation...otherwise you will have to send an email to admin with a transaction id number so they know which account made the donation

Yes, this happened to me. I paid for my upgrade via paypal, and that was tried to a different email account then the one I use for my Forum account. I caused some confusion. But, an email to Skip solved the problem. My upgrade was activated within one day. If I remember correctly it was upgraded later that day. And, thanks for supporting the Forums.

I sent him one anyway when I upgraded because I'm an impatient ass

whats the major difference becuz i only paid 15 i could of afforded 50. but it really didnt give you much insight on what the difference was.
