Oh I think your idea is pretty good...usually if i dont noe what to get someone, I just try to think of something they always wanted, but never got a chance to get it. Or if I see something, and I think "hmm maybe theyll like this!" then I just get it! Or maybe you can make him something....youre creative, aintcha? because usualy the only things i make for people are cards! hehe ur starting early on ur xmas presents!!!

yeah, I've started early too. It's all I have been thinking about. Christmas presents. I have just over a month to buy everyone gifts, and I have no idea.... I already got him some art supplies and a hand blender (he's a chef) But i really want that one special gift that he will not be expecting and that will mean something, but I'm stuck as to what. I made him a quilt for his birthday already, so that's a no go.

I'm really stuck as to what to get his parents though. I think that's the one I'm most stressed about....I want it to be good, but I don't have any clue.......any ideas for the boyfriends 'rent's?

With five kids we are way on a budget at Christmas, so I always appreciate utilitarian things such as clothing. If your hubby would like to make more pants I would think fabric would be a great gift.

By the way Laurel how is it you are from Ashville and Raleigh? I was born in Raleigh and have brothers both in Raleigh and Ashville.
