How big is a LSD hit on blotter paper?

Just got some LSD.

Total newbie here.

I got 9 hits of it, it's tiny tiny tiny, like 2 or 3 mm by 2 or 3mm on colored paper that looks like it's part of some big weird drawing (like if you had 1000 of them together, like a puzzle, except they're all square).

Does this sound like accurate/real LSD?

Also... how do I cut one in half to get half a dose? Should I use some kind of special knife or something?

Is it ok to touch (i.e. will it give me any kind of effects from just handling it) or is it purely from oral ingestion?

How should I take it? Just pop it in my mouth and swallow or dissolve it in something or what?

Should I eat food prior?

yes that sounds accurate... the design on it is perfectly normal.

it's hard to say for sure how big blotter "should" be but it's not very big... don't worry too much about this, unless it's microscopic or enormously big.

you should be careful about handling it but not because of absorption... if your hands are sweaty or anything it can actually ruin the hit. keep handling to a minimum, and remember to store it away from light, heat, and oxygen.

don't bother cutting a hit in half... just take like 2 hits. acid these days isn't strong and 1/2 a hit probably wouldn't even do anything. your best bet is to just make the decision and either don't trip at all or take 2. if you absolutely must just use a normal cutting tool.

as far as how to take it, put the tab(s) under your tongue and hold it there for about 10 minutes and then swallow it. don't worry about eating, but i usually do just because i don't like to go into a trip feeling hungry.

 

Well my source says it's a hoffman print and at least 100ug and probably 180 so I'd probably gonna just stick with one (this will be my first psycheledic experience, all I've done before is MJ)

Is just storing it in an drawer good enough? It'll last at least a few months right before losing potency?

Another dumb question: How do I seperate each hit from each other? (really don't wanna fuck anything up!)

yea bro.. i wouldnt cut in half.. just eat one if your worried your gonna wig out if its to strong. even if it is 180 mics (doubtful but maybe) its gonna be perfect for your 1st time

I thought it was normally like 10cm by 10cm.

 

i dont measure in cm so i dont know.. in inches ive seen blots anywhere from an 1/8" x 1/8" to 1/4" x 1/4".. but to answer your question no i wouldnt be worried.. but theres only one way to find out!!..lol.. have fun!! everythings gonna be fine ..

the stuff i just got was smaller - like 3/16 by 3/16, so i thought i got ripped off, but maybe not

if you're asking how to separate the hits, i assume they aren't perforated. if they are, you can just rip them. if not, use scissors.

 

and if you store them in a drawer, make sure it's ni a room that doesn't get too hot.

i've always kept my tabs wrapped in cellophane (or tinfoil, but cellophane is good), and put that package into a black film canister with the lid tightly on... and ideally that would go in a freezer. LSD is a very sensitive chemical, and is pretty quickly degraded by light/heat/oxygen. and yeah just take one full hit if they're 100-180 you'll be perfectly fine.

 

i use to store mine in the freezer to.. but i heard it wasnt good for it .. and it didnt realy make sense, my freind said because of the fact that theres alot of moisture in the freezer??? have you ever heard of this b4??. i mean i guess if your going to eat them right away it wouldnt matter where you store them. but if you were storing them for long periods of time i would think the freezer would be ideal. i thought there was really no moisture in the freezer.

 

oh actually there might be some truth to that... if you move it too quickly from the freezer to heat there might be some condensation that could be a problem. i've never had issues with this personally, but OP- if you're worried about that, it doesn't HAVE to be stored in a freezer.

just keep it in a relatively cool place, away from heat (but still packaged tightly) and it should be fine.

is 75 degrees good enough (wrapped in tinfoil, in a paper, in an envelope, inside a bigger envelope inside the drawer)?

 

hmm well i'm pretty careful with my acid so i personally wouldn't store it like that... i'd try to keep it even cooler (do you have a basement?) and the tinfoil thing is *probably* okay but i like to put it in another, airtight/light proof container just to be sure.

others will probably say it's fine, and it might be, but i don't see a reason to take chances when just a bit of extra work almost guarantees it won't degrade. stored properly LSD can last a decently long time, but loses potency quickly if you aren't careful.

 

What kind of airtight container?

Yeah I feel very lucky to have found this stuff so I want to take extra care of it.

And what's a "decently long time" (approx... I know it's not an exact science at all). It'll probably be a month before I trip because I've been on SSRIs (that did jack shit for me) and I want to make sure they don't dampen the trip so I'm getting them out of my system.

Don't have a basement... can you think of any way to cool it?

mine is in a sandwich baggie, in an amber colored pill bottle (to block light), in a mason jar with silica gel (to absorb moisture), in a brown paper bag (also blocks light), in the fridge.

 

that does sound right. i just got my 5 hits right right now. do NOT underestimate that tiny square. that square will blow your mind. haha have fun n be safe
