The long version is that the admin is bocking the entire 114.72.* section of optus...so yeah at any given point in time a whole shitload of australia is blocked...

p.s. optus is the second largest isp in the country.

*shrug. All I know is admin dont care. sent a webmail thing to therm about it...nothing has happened. The only way I can get to the site is via proxy...unless i luck out and get an ip outside of that band. and im rather sure they have blocked a few more optus bands too for some reason. I only started checking a few days ago.

oh and the best part is the entire optus network..with its few million subscribers is on dynamic ip addys.

and the final part. you need a direct conection to use java, proxy dont work.
